How to use this site
Our site is both for retail and trade customers.
It is important to note that the prices shown before log in are retail prices and are therefore shown inclusive of UK standard VAT (currently at 20%).
New and Existing Trade and Business Customers
If you own or are opening a ceramic business and would like to apply for trade prices you can do this by completing Trade Register. Once your application has been processed, an email will be sent to you advising you of your user name and password. You will then be able to log on and view your trade prices where applicable, place your order online, add a favourites list, view your order history and more.
Please note, trade accounts are operated on a payment before despatch basis. At our online checkout you have the option to pay for your order securely through Sage Pay by credit/debit card, but if you would like to arrange an alternative method of payment or would prefer to speak to a member of our team before your order is processed, you can push your order through 'on account.' In this case a member of staff will call you to finalise your order, inform you of any delivery costs and to take payment.
