Important Update for our Customers Regarding Deliveries

We hope you’re all doing well.
As we head into the festive season, the busiest time of the year, we wanted to take a moment to thank you for your continued support and understanding.
Due to an unprecedented volume of orders, we’re currently experiencing a backlog of consignments in our warehouse. Our team has been working tirelessly, including outside of regular hours and on weekends, to pick, pack, and despatch everyone's orders as quickly as possible.
To further speed up our despatch process, we’ve also employed additional members of staff to help manage the high demand. We’re incredibly proud of our hardworking team, and we’re pleased to share that we’re making excellent progress—our goal is to have the backlog cleared very shortly. We are so grateful for your patience during this time.
To ensure we remain as efficient as possible, and that we're as fair to everyone at this busy time, we are despatching all orders in sequence of date received. This means we’re unable to offer any delivery upgrades or prioritise specific orders at present. Additionally, any add-on orders will be packed and despatched separately, and will incur an additional delivery charge.
We kindly ask if you could please bear with us and to please allow a few extra days for delivery when placing your stock orders. We understand how crucial your deliveries are, especially during this busy season, and we’re working as hard as we possibly can to minimise delays.
We feel incredibly fortunate to be experiencing such strong demand for our products, and we owe this to you, our amazing customers. Your continued support means the world to us, and we're truly grateful for your continued business.
